Customer Policies – Speedway Rentals Welcome! Here are all the important rental rules and details so you know exactly what to expect.
Rental Rules: – Must be 21+ years old with a full, valid driver’s license
– No smoking inside vehicles
– Returnthe car with a full tank of gas
Key Policies: Deposit: $300 CAD (refundable after we check the car)
Insurance Included: Basic liability coverage up to $1,000,000 CAD. An optional collision damage waiver is available for $20 extra per day.
What if the car breaks down?
We provide 24/7 roadside assistance through our BCAA partner. Call us immediately and we’ll arrange towing/repairs.
Mileage Limit: 200 km per day included. Extra km charged at $0.35 each.
Cleaning & Late Fees: $50 cleaning fee if the car is returned very dirty.
Discounts: Yes! 10% off for students, long-term rentals (7+ days), and repeat customers.
Car Models Available: – SUV: $90 per day
– Sedan: $70 per day
– Mini SUV: $70 per day.
Pickup & Drop-off: Office open 9 AM-6 PM. After hours, use our secure keybox. We’ll email instructions. Extra Charges: None hidden! You’ll get a full breakdown before booking.
